Renting your weeks

If you wish to list your Bachelor Gulch week(s), please click on the link below. The link will open an Abode Echosign form. The form can be filled out electronically online. After you e-sign and submit the form, it will automatically email you a copy for your records. In addition, it will also send a copy to us and we will process it and send to Timbers Member Services to confirm ownership of that time.   

After your available week(s) are reviewed and confirmed by Timbers Bachelor Gulch, we will place them into our distinguished luxury rental program.

Once your week has been rented

After your week has been rented, we will notify you via email confirming the dates that were booked. (Should you wish to remove dates from our rental inventory, please be sure to check with us first.)

Please note: We do retain reservation professionals to pursue leads and to produce reservations sales on the weekends. The owner administrative paperwork that comes in on the weekends is processed on Mondays. We try to process everything by noon on Mondays. 

Removing your nights from our rental inventory

Should you wish to release your un-rented nights from our luxury rental program, click on the link below and enter your name and the dates you wish to remove. **After you complete, e-sign, and submit the form,  BHHS Colorado Properties will be sent an email.  Once we verify that those nights have been not rented, we will sign the form and we can remove the nights from BHHS inventory. You will then receive a copy of the signed form and we will send it to Timbers Member Services.

Timbers Owners Release Unrented Nights from BHHS

**Completing and submitting the form does not automatically remove un-rented nights from our inventory. We need to verify that the time has not already been rented or in process of being rented.

Checking the status of your week

Sending an email is the most efficient method to check the status of your residence. Please include the specific week that you are requesting information on as this will help expedite a faster response in busy times. We will do our best to get back to you promptly. Feel free to call as well, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. 970-790-7502

 

When are the checks sent to me for my rental?

The checks will be generated and sent on the 10th of the month following the departure date.

Have you recently moved? Have you moved in that past few years? Please make sure we have your correct mailing address so we can get the check to the right place the first time. This also will avoid a stop payment fees from being accessed.
