This is the 3rd time we have rented Vantage Point 408. The location is excellent for everything one wants to do in January. The bedding is exceptional -2 kings, 4 twins, and 2 pullout sofas (descriptions in some ads state that there are 1 King and 1 Queen!). Mattresses are exceptionally comfortable. Heating was good but the fireplace is coupled with the heat system and makes the family area a little too warm. The view is exceptional. The cordless phone is dead - battery needs replacement - but the speaker base phone still operates. Everyone uses cell phones these days anyway. The place is beginning to show some wear and tear expecially the sofas in the living area. Furniture is comfortable but probably needs replacing. The water faucet in kitchen is loose and needs repair before it falls out. Since we stayed 5 days, we got maid service and it was very good. The staff were helpful and very gracious with early check-in and late check-out. We had trouble with the TVs at first but finally got them all working. Written instructions next to TVs would have been helpful but staff provided helpful suggestions. Recommend ski rentals rather than bringing skis from home. Most places are reasonable, offer demos and free storage and are very close by. Bus stops just across the street. Most important, we got snow and lots of it!! Skiing was fantastic most of the time.

Place was great. could have maybe used maid service but since it was just 6 guys no one really cared. need to fix the cabinet below the sink.
had to take quick showers so all could have hot water.
can't beat the location and price was fine. i've stayed in Vantage Point many times and this was as good as the others. couches were comfortable.
the fact that we received a bit over 2 feet of snow for the weekend trumped everything.
would do it again.
