"Perfect for any demographic."

Everything about this property was excellent. Beautiful home, clean and modern. Location was convenient to both the mountain and grocery store. We did not take the bus to the lifts, but instead drove - only $25 to park all day. I would ask that the owners leave cleaning instructions for the hot tub in the future.

"wonderful home"

PruVail has been a wonderful company to deal with. Everything went extremely
smoothly with our vacation. Potato Patch #41 was a wonderful home. The
layout was perfect for our gathering with lots of places to sleep for our 8
teenagers! Loved the hot tub. Great location. Would absolutely rent again!

"Great space, Great Value on the shuttle route"

The townhome had great space and could easily accomodate 10-12 people comfortably. Located on the Lionshead/Vail Village shuttle route (Sandstone Loop), very easy commute each morning to the gondola and born free lift. Garage and private hot tub are very nice add-ons, in addition to Aria Spa access as a Prudential rental. A+

"Perfect!"

There were five of us this year for our annual Euro-American ski trip. There was plenty of room in your fabulous Condo. It was just like home - everything was there for us to dig in and get comfortable for our trip. The kitchen was fully equipped, a great jacuzzi and close to the mountain.

"Nice place as described"

The place was fantastic. The only comments for improvement would be to ensure the hot tub has enough water, we had to fill it up a bit. Also, to advertize that the outdoor grill is charcoal and the renter needs to provide lighter fluid and brickettes.
