I was very pleased with the overall size of the duplex. We had two families staying together and there was enough room for each person to have a comfortable space to call their own for our vacation. Bathrooms were plenty and the location was great with the Beaver Creek Dial a Ride service and continuous buses running.

Beautiful home in great condition was perfect for a family ski trip at Beaver Creek. Convenient shuttle service to the slopes. Great kitchen living room and pool table.
However no sleeper sofa. Home has 5 queen beds distributed across 4 bedrooms, but NO sleeper sofa. Prudential's website advertizes a sleeper sofa, but there was no sleeper sofa.
