"Casa del Sol #14"

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo. We had clear instructions for driving to and access to the unit. The folks at Prudential helped us with out with questions before our arrival. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the welcoming gift. The condo was quiet and had a beautiful setting on the Gore Creek. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to for cooking our meals. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The only complaint we had is that the pillows could be better. Access to skiing was great, in that we simply had to walk across the street to grab a bus, which was really nice, although the buses were packed-as they only come every 30 minutes. We were just across the interstate from the grocery stores, which made it easy to get supplies. We walked on the biking trail from the condo to Vail Village. It was nice to have this access, too. We would use Prudentail Colorado Properties again and would definitely stay in this unit again.

"Excellent Digs in Vail"

We were all very pleased with this unit. Very spacious living areas. Kitchen was well furnished. Easy walk to bus stop. Pool and Hot tub next door were very clean and a big hit. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Also within walking distance of grocery store and other shops.

Great Property!!! Very nice accomatations. Garage entrance to the condo was a plus. Convenient to the bus lines. One small draw back, although there was plenty of room for our party of 5 (could accomodate 6 to 7 very easily), there wasn't enough hot water for our group of 5. Ran out most mornings and nights.

"Perfect"

We stayed with our family at Casa del Sol #14 for a week in February of 09. It has the Gore Creek running behind it which is beautiful. The condo was newly decorated and in perfect shape. It has excellent quality bedding, towels, etc. The vail bus was a very short walk and easy to use. We have stayed at a lot of places in Vail and we liked this one the best.
