4 "Great bang for your buck with a few minor flaws."Reviewed by Bogart45 in March 2012
Beaver Creek Landing#402For the uninitiated, Beaver Creek has three primary base areas, Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and the Village. Generally, pricing goes from low to high respectively. We booked this townhouse in October for a February stay and took advantage of one of BCs deals. This truly is a ski-in, ski-out. The lift brings you to the area near the Ritz Carleton and there is a traverse that returns you to BC Landing. There is not a traditional ski area near BC Landing so if you're hope is to watch skiers from your window, that's not going to happen.
We were provided easy to use instructions for entering our building, key codes, ski lockers and the like. Personal at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. There is a ski shop and ticket counter on the base level near the lift which we found very convenient. Personnel there were very nice and accomodating. Bc Landing is five years old?? Our townhouse
There are several local bus lines including the green bus which takes you directly to the Village. It took us less than five minutes. If you have a concern about not being close to things or in the village, don't be. There is also a gondola at the base of BC Landing which brings you directly to the Westin in avon where you're a short walk to town or the other bus lines.
Technically, you can walk from building to building via the underground garage but it is so poorly marked that it will take a few tries. Not a big deal but our wireless internet was so painfully slow that it was almost unusable. One of the TVs was not working and the cable company was unable to fix it because they did not have access to one of the owner's closets.
So, if you're on a medium budget and don't need to stay in the heart of BC Village, this is a great alternative. You get the benefits of ski-in ski out without the big added cost along with a fairly new and very well maintained townhouse.
4 "Perfect Location"Reviewed by Harris Family in August 2010
Beaver Creek Landing#402This is the second year we have stayed in Beaver Creek Landing (1st time for this unit)! We love this location and the view from B402 was great! Comfortable accommodations and great floorplan for a family.
5 "Fabulous"Reviewed by Shelly in July 2010
Beaver Creek Landing#402We had a fabulous view of the golf course and mountains. The place was gorgeous and also the amenities. The staff at Prudential was great to work with and I would definitley call them agian if I came back to Beaver Creek.

Beaver Creek Landing#402Very convenient, nice, decoration a bit too "traditional American" but overall an excellent option.
5 "Great place, great vacation!"Reviewed by JB in January 2010
Beaver Creek Landing#402The service in booking this condo was great - the concierge (they found us through email via Prudential vacation rentals) totally set up our family of 6 with transportation from Denver. Ski passes were waiting for us on the counter when we walked into the condo. They arranged the crucial parts for us so that getting started was easy. The home was beautiful - fabulous penthouse with sumptuous furniture and slopeside view. Fireplace was perfect. Plenty of room, all upgrades in unit. However, it's very new, so no homey touches - we had to buy coffee filters and absolutely all supplies. The electricity failed in 1 bedroom so the girls were cold one night until we figured out how to flip the breaker (no inhouse people, and they were NOT happy to come out, so we did it ourselves). The hot tub is a cold walk from building B, but it's worth it. The fitness center is very nice, and the location can't be beat - really ski in, ski out with a rental shop on premises. The ski locker room is also a plus, and the lift at the condo giving you access is perfect - never crowded. We liked the location best in terms of skiing, and the condo was hugely perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 17, 17, 13, 9); we wished there were some close shops and restaurants within walking distance.
5 "Wonderful Unit"Reviewed by Mark in February 2009
Beaver Creek Landing#402This was a wonderful, well-appointed unit that had ski in/out access. High quality improvements with great amenities. Unit was very spacious and modern. The chair list was less that 100 feet from the condo. Elevator was only a few feet from the unit. The ski lockers were spacious and included boot warmers. The only negative was that you had to walk outside the building to get to the pool and hot tub. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.
