5 "Great place to stay!"Reviewed by MG in January 2012
Beaver Creek Landing #403Accommodations were excellent. #403 is clean, offers beautiful views of mountains, slopes, etc., and is conveniently located to lifts, ticket offices, and ski rental shops. Bus system between the Landing and Beaver Creek Villages works great.
4 "Beaver Creek Tough Mudder rocked!!!"Reviewed by KC Mudder in July 2011
Beaver Creek Landing #403This place was unbelievable! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only problem we had (very minor) was that the thermostats in two of the bedrooms did not work properly. Other than that, the condo was more than any of us expected.
Manager Response:Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We will be taking a look at the thermostats and making sure they work properly. We are so glad that you enjoyed the property and the Tough Mudder event. We hope to see you again soon.
4 "What a great place"Reviewed by ski family in March 2011
Beaver Creek Landing #403We had a great time at Beaver Creek Landings. All of the ameneties were terrific. The hot tub was very popular with the college-age kids. The grill produced terrific dinners. The beds were comfortable and the living room with fireplace was a great place to relax after a fun day of skiing. We ended up taking the shuttle in the morning as it was the easiest way to get right to the trails we wanted. That would be the only downside--It took some time to get to and from the areas we wanted to ski so while it was ski in-ski out, we rarely used this feature.
4 "Relaxing"Reviewed by Jt in January 2011
Beaver Creek Landing #403Enjoyed the condo very much. Clean with nice furnishings. Needed more garbage bags throughout the condo and pens and pencils. Beautiful view and location. Prudential made process easy. Loved the ski lockers! Would highly recommend.
5 "Best vacation condo I've ever stayed in."Reviewed by Gabe in December 2010
Beaver Creek Landing #403Condo is on the 4th floor with the balcony and all windows facing the bottom of the lift that services this area...great view. Top of the line appliances, hardwood floors; very beautiful condo. It was perfect for my family which included: me, wife, daughter, brother, his wife, daughter and my mom. Plenty of room for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would absolutely stay in this exact condo again.
5 "New Condo; Great location and experience"Reviewed by DANNO in December 2010
Beaver Creek Landing #403If you can get this one priced right in the summer, outstanding value. Good location, new, updated, spacious. Heated pool and underground parking. Good for hiking and biking.
5 "Beautiful condo!"Reviewed by SKD in March 2010
Beaver Creek Landing #403We loved our condo--it was beautifully furnished with high end finishes. The view was fun with the Lower Beaver Creek Lift going right past the windows of our unit. Easy to ski in and out of each day. We had every bed occupied, but the spaciousness of the condo never made us feel cramped. We would definitely stay there again!! The only thing I would change in the condo is that the 3rd bedroom does not have a TV and that one addition would make a nice difference.

4 "Beaver Creek 2010"Reviewed by Beaver Creek in January 2010
Beaver Creek Landing #403Beaver Creek Landing was fantastic, convenient true ski in/out. Quiet/secluded accommodations with outstanding quality.
The only negative is that the adjacent lift only moves you to Bachelor Gulch, then you must take the upper Beaver Creek lift to access all the Beaver Creek runs. Although for relative beginner skiers the runs back to the Landing are fun but safe.
We have stayed everywhere, in Vail Village, Private homes on Vail Mountain, Lionshead, Cascade, Breckenridge, etc.. Next year we will most likely stay here again.
5 "Beautiful Property! Great Vacation!"Reviewed by Ali in December 2008
Beaver Creek Landing #403We just spent Thanksgiving 2008 at this beautiful mountain townhome. We had a wonderful time. This townhome had everything you could imagine and it was elegant, classy yet homey and warm.
It was stunning, spacious and it had plenty of closet space, sleeping space and a great kitchen. Our boys went to Snowboarding school every day and it was a quick drive up the hill to get there.
We would visit this property again and most likely will become regulars. The only thing that could use improvement would be the rental company being organized on our arrival. The maintenance person put our key in the wrong lock box and it was frustrating working through that issue with that individual.
You will love this property! If you are used to high class, five star properties this is the place to go!
Manager Response:Thank you for taking the time to review the property. We have corrected the problem regarding the lockbox. We hope to see you again!!
