"Vail Village, 10 minute walk to lift, Kitchen, Parking Space"

Quality 1-BR condo, small but functional kitchen, 2 baths, Wi-fi, TV, DVD player. 2nd floor, right in Vail village, very close to everything you might want. Includes a parking space in another building nearby - very nice. No real views from windows, some noise from adjacent businesses. Phone line, but phone didn't work. Kitchen missing a few things - colander, salad spinner, salt, coffee mugs - otherwise great. Master bath toilet flapper leaks some, guest bath faucet leaks a bit - all minor but annoying. Window & door's weather seals are leaky to outside cold air. Need to keep about 6 different codes with you to get in all of the different doors you use. Property managers were helpful.

I loved traveling with Prudential. It looked after all the details and was available to assist with questions/concerns. The concierge was a nice extra.

I enjoyed the Vail Village Inn and use of the spa at the next door hotel. Everything went without a hitch. The room was very comfortable. And the location was great.

Some suggestions (which do not need to be part of the review):

1. The phones were unreliable. One did not work at all. The other worked but kept dying (a battery issue?).

2. One of the plugs by the kitchen table does not work.

"Good Place to Stay"

The instructions to the location were not really clear. Once we found it, it was easy to give directions. On the corner of Vail Dr and E. Meadow Dr.
We like to condo but the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable.
The location was very convenient. We liked being able to walk to the mountain and to dinner in the evening.
I would stay here again.
