
Question: When I make a reservation, when is the first payment due?
Answer: Your first payment is due at the time of the booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date in the winter, (Sept. 1 for Holiday booking) and 30 days prior to arrival in the summer season.
Question: Does our rental come stocked with linens?
Answer: Yes, your property will come supplied with all the high quality linens, towels, soaps, and a starter of shampoo and lotion.
Question: If our property is listed as being on the bus shuttle route, how often does the bus pick up?
Answer: Generally, the buses run from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. every 20 minutes. We will leave bus schedule in the property that is specific to your bus route.
Question: How do pick up keys to the property?
Answer: Aprroximately 1 month prior to your arrival, we will be sending you an online pre-registration form. After you fill out the form, we will email you the directions to the property along with a lockbox combination, so you will not need to come by our office.
Question: What do we do if we have an emergency after your business hours?
Answer: We have someone on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies like a lockout situation.
