We are very pleased to announce that we are representing the Savory Inn Residence in West Vail. The Savory Inn was formerly run as a bed and breakfast and cooking school. The building was purchased last year by a new owner and they decided to make the entire residence available as opposed to renting out individual rooms.
The Vail home has 12 bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms have pullout sofas and the home can sleep up to 34 guests. This Vail home is perfect for family gatherings, family reunions, corporate retreats and small wedding parties. We can even accommodate small weddings at the home. There is a commercial size kitchen which is just fantastic for hanging out and having a glass of wine, and it makes it simple when a caterer is brought in. Our concierge can coordinate catering for breakfast, lunch, apres ski and dinner. Many of the guests for example have decided to have continental breakfast brought in each morning with items such as coffee, juice, cereal fruit and bagels. There is a large dining area with seating for 30 guests and additional seating in the kitchen area. The dining area and large open great room are just perfect for large dinners and gatherings.
The residence is equipped with a large outdoor hot tub, a washer and dryer, 2 flat screen T.V’s and high speed wireless internet. There is plenty of parking available for even large groups. There is a bus shuttle located within easy walking distance to the home and guests also have free access to the Aria club and spa located just a mile down the street.
